  • Local Municipality/Chamber of Commerce: Most local municipalities and/or chambers of commerce have a grant or forgivable loan program. We recommend checking with your local officials. Funds can often be used for everything from landscaping to hiring new employees.

  • Hello Alice/Hello Skip: Both online communities offer grant opportunities for small businesses. Eligibility is based on the specific grant applied for.

  • Large Company Grants: Many large companies in the US offer grant programs as part of their commitment to small businesses. Companies such as Verizon, Amazon, FedEx, Visa, and Venmo all offer grant programs to their customers.

  • Small Business Development Centers (SBDC): Your local SBDC, an initiative of the SBA, provides support for small businesses. Often these centers have grant opportunities or know of those opportunities in your area.

  • National Association for Self-Employed: Those who are self-employed and members of NASE can apply for a monthly grant offered by the association.

  • SBA PRIME: The Program for Investors in Microentrepreneurs (PRIME) provides funding and guidance to disadvantaged microentrepreneurs and microenterprises.

The landscape of grants is dynamic, and ever-evolving to meet the diverse needs of entrepreneurs. For those seeking further opportunities, www.Grants.gov stands as an invaluable resource, offering a treasure trove of additional information and avenues to explore. As your dedicated financial ally, PyraMax Bank, remains committed to helping small businesses through the labyrinth of grant opportunities, ensuring that you are equipped with the tools and knowledge to propel your business toward success.

Please note that PyraMax Bank does not endorse any of these programs, but rather this is a list provided for informational purposes only.
