Our debit card security team looks for out-of-the-ordinary activity on debit cards, which may include out-of-state usage. It is best for clients to notify us if they will be using their debit card outside of Wisconsin so we can note it on your account. This way, our security team will be aware of out-of-state usage and consider that when reviewing transactions for unauthorized and fraudulent use.

The standard daily credit limit for most cards is $1,000. When using your card with a PIN, the standard daily limit is $505.00 for ATM withdrawals and $500.00 for in-store purchases. If you need to make a bigger purchase that requires increasing your limit, contact your local bank branch and the limit may be adjusted accordingly. Please note that “daily limit” refers to a rolling 24 hour period.
You can use your card at any machine that accepts Pulse, NYCE and Cirrus cards. PyraMax Bank belongs to the MoneyPass Network, which has thousands of ATM locations that can be used surcharge free. Using the MoneyPass ATM locator, you can find surcharge fee ATMs in your area. Please note that even though an ATM is surcharge fee, the PyraMax Bank foreign ATM fee may still apply.
On average, the wait time for your banking materials to arrive is 7 to 14 business days. If you do not receive your card or checks within this time frame, contact your local bank branch.
