Will I earn points with all of my PyraMax Bank cards?
Yes! All cards within an account automatically earn points together. In addition, if you have multiple debit cards with PyraMax Bank, you can link them together to earn rewards faster. Just log in at uChooseRewards.com, then visit the Preferences page and scroll down to “Learn how you can Link Another Account to your Program.”
Do I have to tell you when I will be using my debit card outside of Wisconsin?
Our debit card security team looks for out-of-the-ordinary activity on debit cards, which may include out-of-state usage. It is best for clients to notify us if they will be using their debit card outside of Wisconsin so we can note it on your account. This way, our security team will be aware of out-of-state usage and consider that when reviewing transactions for unauthorized and fraudulent use.
What if my debit card is lost or stolen?

What is the maximum I can use my personal debit card daily?
The standard daily credit limit for most cards is $1,000. When using your card with a PIN, the standard daily limit is $505.00 for ATM withdrawals and $500.00 for in-store purchases. If you need to make a bigger purchase that requires increasing your limit, contact your local bank branch and the limit may be adjusted accordingly. Please note that “daily limit” refers to a rolling 24 hour period.
Can I use my PyraMax debit card at non-PyraMax Bank ATMs?
You can use your card at any machine that accepts Pulse, NYCE and Cirrus cards. PyraMax Bank belongs to the MoneyPass Network, which has thousands of ATM locations that can be used surcharge free. Using the MoneyPass ATM locator, you can find surcharge fee ATMs in your area. Please note that even though an ATM is surcharge fee, the PyraMax Bank foreign ATM fee may still apply.
How long does it take for my checks and/or debit card to arrive?
On average, the wait time for your banking materials to arrive is 7 to 14 business days. If you do not receive your card or checks within this time frame, contact your local bank branch.
