SBA 504
The SBA 504 Program generally provides a longer-term, fixed-rate loan and is commonly used for the acquisition of commercial real estate or fixed assets. Many businesses utilize SBA 504 Loans to purchase machinery or other necessary equipment as well.
SBA 7A
