We learned that by automating processes for the PPP in 2020 and 2021 we were able to better serve our business clients at a time that they needed us most.
We now look to apply this automation to broader areas of our business, specifically in our business lending unit. In the coming months, PyraMax Bank will implement a web-based application platform that will help streamline the Business Lending Experience for our customers and prospective customers. We will be able to pair easy customer driven data entry and document gathering systems, with quick analysis and decision-making systems to provide a seamless process that quickly takes you from application to loan closing in a fraction of the time it takes at other community banks.
Automating a number of the routine tasks and eliminating multiple entries behind the scenes will allow us to focus on you. These changes will help us continue to be empathetic to your needs, more responsive to your requests and more focused on your personal and business goals. In short, these changes will free your relationship managers to do what they love, be obsessed with creating value for you and your company.
